”Thank you for the well-organized Erasmus+ 2024 mobility course, Teacher as a Leader: Promoting Teamwork and Productive Learning. Through this course, we gained valuable knowledge, competencies, and skills that deepened our understanding of leadership, enhanced our self-awareness as teacher-leaders, and highlighted the impact of leadership not only on students and teachers but also on the broader community.
The course instructors, Sonata and Milda, were engaging and skilled in guiding us through unique experiences in teacher leadership development. Their interactive, practical activities and exercises were both interesting and beneficial.
We appreciated the opportunity to learn about the Lithuanian education system, including our visit to Šiaurės Lyceum, where we observed lessons led by colleagues and experienced the positive atmosphere of collaboration between teachers and students. The organized tour of Vilnius Old Town was also a highlight, allowing us to connect with its rich historical and cultural heritage.
