Course overview

This course is designed to develop leadership and coaching skills in educators, enabling them to influence and inspire positive changes within their schools and communities. The course covers various aspects of educational leadership, methods for fostering a collaborative class culture, and techniques for effective communication and decision-making. Through interactive and practical learning experiences and exercises, teachers will enhance their ability to lead and motivate others, solve conflicts and enhance solution focused mindset.

Objectives

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Member of the Board of ICF Lithuania, actively involved in the association's projects to bring change to the education sector. Initiator of the project on introducing leadership and coaching culture in schools.

Milda Hernandez – lecturer and professional coach, with experience in the school and pre-school education sector. Family and business mediator, member of the Lithuanian Chamber of Mediators. 4 years experience as a lecturer in topics such as “Effective communication and conflict resolution”, “Coaching and Leadership”, “Mediation”.
